POV - The Thief Trap 3

Tori breaks into a house during the day, quietly disabling the lock and searching the living room. She retrieves a digital drive taped under a stand and pockets what she came for. Before she can leave, the door locks behind her and a masked man blocks her exit. Tori backs into the wall with her hands raised defensively. She acts compliant, then grabs a knife from her boot and slashes at the masked man. He dodges, grabs her wrist and disarms her. Then he pushes Tori against the wall and slaps her face, gut punches her, and wraps his hands around her throat. Tori gasps for air with the hands around her neck. She kicks and hits at him while her eyes roll and her mouth gasps for air. She struggles hard but is unable to catch a breath. After a while she grows weak and her hands fall to the side while her eyes flutter and roll back. She knocks out an goes limp in the masked man's grip. He lowers her to the floor and runs his hands along her face and body. He removes her boots and socks, looking closely. Then he picks her up under the shoulders and drags her out of the room.

In the basement the masked man drags Tori to a chair in the center of the room and lifts her unconscious form onto it. He takes out lengths of cord and wraps her wrists and ankles to the chair one at time. Tori wakes up on the chair groggy, the terror building as she notices her predicament. She struggles against the bindings as the man circles her silently. He pulls a colorful scarf from his pocket and holds it taught between his hands. Then he wraps it around her neck from behind and pulls upwards. Tori coughs and gags from the pressure, her limbs struggling against the rope binding her to the chair. The man holds on tight as Tori gasps desperately, unable to catch a breath or break free.

After some time the masked man lowers the scarf and Tori gets a chance to gasp in some air. She pleads with her captor, begging for it to stop. The man runs the scarf along her then wraps it around her neck again, crossing the knot and pulling hard. Tori's eyes roll as she coughs in pain from the pressure. The masked man goes through two more rounds of this, circling in front of his victim and pulling tight for the final attack. Tori convulses in the chair, her movements weakening until she passes out. The man examines his unconscious victim, then removes the bindings one at a time. He lifts Tori off the chair and drags her body to the couch nearby.

He runs his hands along her face and body, picks up her feet and looks close. Then the sits on top of her and pulls his belt off, tapping Tori's face until she starts to wake up. He wraps the belt around her neck and cinches it tight. Tori claws at the belt, slapping at her attacker as the pressure builds. Her feet slide against the couch and kick into the air. She coughs and gags while her eyes roll back. The man keeps her pinned down, pulling tighter until her fight gets weaker. Tori's hands fall to the side as her body trembles and spasms. Drool spills out of her mouth as her tongue sticks out and the whites of her eyes freeze in black. The man takes a close look at her final stare, running his hands along her. He removes his belt from her neck and takes some photos with a camera, then he makes his exit leaving Tori's body splayed on the couch.
