POV - Fugitive on the Run

An Assassin parks outside the house of his mark, Dani. On his phone he reads a news article about her heist, the fortune she stole from the company he serves. He reads a message from his handler telling him to recover the money, do whatever you want with Dani. .The assassin picks the lock to Dani’s home and enters quietly, making his way through the house.

From the hallway he watches Dani in the bathroom as she brushes her teeth in pajamas. When she finishes, he hides as she moves back to her bedroom. In the bedroom Dani sits on her bed and pulls out the bag of stolen valuables. She sifts through the cash with a sly smile before brushing her hair. The intruder pushes the door open and surprises her in a vulnerable state. Dani freezes in shock. He rushes her and strikes her across the face, punching her nose, and hitting her stomach until she is in a complete daze. The man pushes her weakened body onto the bed then slaps her repeatedly in the face. He uppercuts her and knocks her back again. He lifts her up by her shirt, strikes her across the face, and punches her into unconsciousness. He leans over her limp body, taking photos from multiple angles. He moves her limbs and drops them, bounces her on the bed, and snaps more photos as she lies helpless.

Dani wakes groggily and panics. She gets up rushes for the door but he drags her back by the hair. The assassin pushes Dani against the wall, slaps her, and chokes her with both hands. She kicks and claws for air but is unable to catch a breath. Her eyes roll back and her tongues sticks out as he uses his hands to squeeze her neck hard. Dani fades as her head dips. He loosens his grip briefly, then tightens again until her eyes roll back and her body sags. He drags her from the wall, throws her onto the bed, and climbs on top of her. He squeezes her neck hard and she struggles desperately against him, feet kicking wildly in the air. The assassin continues to choke her until she passes out again with eyes rolled back and arms fallen to her sides.

He keeps his hands at her neck for several seconds after she goes limp. He runs his hands over her body, lifts up her feet and looks at them close. He uses his phone to take more photos. He lifts her limp form and tosses her on the bed and poses her. The man gets on top of Dani and runs his hands all along her body. Dani stirs awake and begs for mercy. Asking who he is and why he is doing this. The man keeps a hand on her wrist and holds her down with his weight as he takes out the phone and shows her the news article where she is the subject. Dani apologizes in terror and tells him to take the money, begging him not to hurt her. The assassin has no mercy for Dani, he picks her up and hits her repeatedly. Slapping her again and again, hitting and punching her in the face until she loses consciousness once more. He runs his hands along his helpless victims and takes some more photos of her knocked out.

The assassin picks up the bag of stolen money and examines it. Dani stirs again and, in desperation, lunges to grab it from his hands. He reacts quickly, punching her in the face and shoving her onto the bed and wrapping his hands around her throat. She thrashes beneath him, her legs kicking weakly, her fingers clawing at his arms as he squeezes tighter. Her gasps turn to choked whimpers, then silence as her body begins to sag. He holds on until her eyes glaze over, her mouth falls open, and her body lies slack. He gives one final squeeze, then lets her head fall to the side. Dani is left a lifeless mess on the bed, her eyes fixed open and her lips parted. The assassin takes one last look at her body before grabbing the bag of money and making his escape.
