Hold It

Crystal and Jenn play a breath holding game together with nose clips and a stopwatch. Crystal counts down then they take a deep breath in and hold for as long as possible, giving occasional glances at each other. After a minute and a half Jenn gasps out for air and they both laugh together. They sit up on the floor and take their nose plugs off, challenging each other to hold on longer. They decide to take in five deep breaths before starting round 2, in order for their lungs to be ready for the challenge. They each lay back and hold their breath as long as they can. After a while of holding their diaphragms start to contract, their stomach sucking in and out as their bodies begin to get desperate for air. Crystal tries to remain calm and zen while Jenn starts to get antsy next to her, holding a hand over her own mouth to stop herself from taking in a breath. Jenn gives up and gasps for air while Crystal goes a while longer. Crystal sits up and takes a breath, thinking she could get past four minutes of breath holding. Crystal says she will do this challenge alone first, with Jenn next to her in order to help when she wants to take a breath. Crystal asks Jenn to put a hand over her mouth when the time comes.

They agree to this challenge together and Crystal lies back in order to start holding her breath. Jenn keeps watch over her and starts the timer. Jenn enjoys watching her friend and lays down on her side next to her to watch close. After holding her breath for a long while, Crystal motions for Jenn to cover her mouth with a hand. Jenn clamps her hand down over Crystals mouth and keeps a close watch on her. She finds she enjoys holding Crystal down more than she expected and watches her struggle for breath with a smile. Crystal starts to get uncomfortable, her feet sliding against the floor and clenching from the pressure. Jenn keeps an eye on the watch and encourages her friend. Crystals body fights back harder but Jenn wants to make sure she reaches her goal. Jenn sits on top of Crystal and pins down her arms while holding tight over her mouth. Crystal shakes her head, trying to get herself free. Kicking her legs and pushing against Jenn who keeps an eye on the stopwatch and tries to encourage Crystal to reach her goal. Crystal begins panicking as all the breath is out of her lungs and she can't get a breath past Jenn's hand and the nose plug. She tries to whimper and kick Jenn off but her friend remains steadfast on top of her. After some struggle Crystal's body goes limp and her head falls to the side. Jenn finally lets go and lets Crystal know she made her timing goal. But her friend is unconscious from the sustained pressure. Jenn moves Crystal's limp head and body around, laying down next to her and appreciating her outfit.

After a while Crystal jolts back to consciousness, gasping in a big breath of air. Jenn is surprised Crystal survived after all that, but is willing to do her turn of the challenge now. Crystal tells Jenn that she will cover her mouth if she starts to struggle. Jenn passes over the stopwatch and sets up her nose plug, then lays back and Crystal starts the timer. Jenn tries to find a zen place to hold her breath with her eyes closed. After a while her diaphragm starts to shudder, her stomach contracting up and down as she holds her air in with great effort. With only half way through the timer, Crystal places her hand over Jenn's mouth and holds tightly to keep her air in. Jenn's body contracts for a while, then she starts to resist the hand over her mouth. Crystal keeps holding on tightly, then sits on top of Jenn to keep her in place. Jenn's eyes panic at the breathlessness and her body twists back and forth while held in place by Crystal. Her feet kick and slide against the floor. Crystal keeps the hand on top of Jenn's mouth as Jenn slips her hands out from under Crystal's legs and grabs at her hand, trying to get her mouth free for a breath. Crystal keeps holding on aggressively, telling Jenn she is almost at the challenge time. Jenn's feet kick up into the air as she tries to shake Crystal free but to no avail. After a while Jenn goes limp with her eyes open, all her breath has left her. Crystal removes her hand from her mouth and moves the body around. Jenn is dead now, not responding to any movement or slaps on her cheek. Crystal is surprised but not distraught. She moves the body around, flips her over and checks her out. Jenn's eyes remain frozen open in a stare, her mouth hanging open and the nose plug still clamped on her nose. Crystal looks at the body close running her hands along her before she makes her exit and leaves Jenn laid out on the floor.
